Single Wide Manufactured Homes
Our single wide homes range in size from 504 sq.ft to 924 sq.ft. in our 14′ series, and up to 1,216 sq.ft. in our 16′ wide series. These homes can be built to the A277 or Z240 building code, and come in a variety of sizes and styles.
We offer three different series in our Single Wide Manufactured Homes – The Lake Country 14′ & 16′ Series, and the Columbia Series. All series include a range of factory standard specifications, many of which are dependent on the specific home you are choosing to build. We encourage you to call in and ask to speak to a sales person to learn more about each unique floor plan.

Any of our homes can be customized to fit your style and your needs – if you wish to make a room bigger, change the orientation of the house, or add additional windows and doors, this is an easy change to make! The 14′ Lake Country Series
These homes are priced built to the Z240 Building Code, however, they can be easily converted and built to the A277 Building Code – please note that this may incur extra costs.

The 16′ Lake Country Series
*Due to provincial transportation requirements, these 16′ wide homes require extra permits and requirements that may incur extra costs. Please note that these homes may also create challenges upon delivery to your site due to the size and time restrictions that coincide with this size of home. Make sure to ask one of our sales team about these restrictions when choosing one of these homes.*

16’ homes are special order items and quotes will be provided upon request.
